This fall was a standout season for students across Philadelphia. From robotics and drone flying to digital media production and zoology dissections, students immersed themselves in hands-on learning that sparked curiosity and strengthened their confidence as future innovators, creators and leaders.
“Our students didn’t just learn during our fall programming—they grew,” said Meredith Foote, executive director of the TGR Learning Lab. “We saw measurable gains in confidence, curiosity and readiness for future opportunities. We’re excited to welcome more families this winter to a place they can call their own.”
With more than 6,000 students served in the 2024–25 fiscal year, the Lab’s growing reach is reflected in its personal impact on the young people who walk through its doors.
“My experience at the TGR Learning Lab has been awesome,” said Fatima, an inaugural TGR Learning Lab member. “When I come into the building, I feel so safe and can learn what I truly want.”
