Studies show that students from under-resourced communities are more likely to attend under-performing schools and struggle in core subjects and while being less likely to graduate from high school, attend higher education and attain high-paying careers.
Gaps in resources and student engagement exist in under-resourced communities. Having less access to educational programs and learning opportunities put these students behind their more privileged peers, thus perpetuating the cycle of poverty. In order to close the acheivement gap for our students, we much fist address the opportunity gap.
The TGR Learning Lab is located on the Cobbs Creek Campus in West Philadelphia where 99% of students identify sa multi-racial or BIPOC and at least 90% qualify for free school lunch.

Tigers vision is to provide safe and inspiring spaces where students from under-resourced communities “learn, grow and chase after their dreams”. At the TGR Learning Lab Philadelphia, students will receive hands-on STEAM-powered learning experiences which create mind-blowing possibilities. Our programs are available for FREE to the students who need it most during the school day, after-school and in the summer months.
TGR Foundation receives support annually from funds raised by TGR Live. As the exclusive event management company of TGR Foundation, TGR Live creates amazing experiences at world-class events across the country, including two PGA TOUR golf tournaments along with exclusive golf and entertainment experiences located at Pebble Beach and in New York City.
