Skilled Trades Advisor

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Status: Part Time, Non-Exempt

We are seeking a Skilled Trades Advisor to lead a cohort of high school seniors in a structured, year-long program designed to prepare them for an in-demand apprenticeship in one of Philadelphia’s building trades and other career pathways. This role is ideal for an experienced educator, workforce development professional, or industry expert who is passionate about connecting young people to hands-on career opportunities.

The Pre-Apprenticeship Advisor will design and facilitate a program that introduces students to the skills and expectations of a skilled trade and introduces them to local apprenticeship programs to ensure students have a clear pathway into post-graduation career opportunities. Additionally, they will provide programming to support students in pursuing industry certifications and other direct-to-work paths.

Career Connected Learning Advisor

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Status: Part Time, Non-Exempt

Reporting to the Director of Career Connected Learning Programs, the Career Connected Learning Program Advisor (Advisor) is responsible for providing post-secondary guidance to students at the TGR Learning Lab during out of school programming. A successful Advisor will have a deep belief in the potential of all students to realize their goals and will create strong relationships with students to better prepare them for post-secondary opportunities.

Learning Facilitator

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Status: Part Time, Non-Exempt

The Learning Facilitator designs and delivers engaging, hands-on STEAM learning experiences with a focus on Content Focused Strand. This part-time role supports programs including After-School Courses, Saturday Workshops, Clubs, and Special Events for students in grades 5–12.

The facilitator will serve as both a part-time instructor and a collaborator—developing curriculum and inspiring curiosity and creativity in every student.

Learning Facilitator

The Learning Facilitator designs and delivers engaging, hands-on STEAM learning experiences with a focus on technology. This role supports programs including Field Trips, After-School Courses, Saturday Workshops, Clubs, Studios and Special Events for students in grades 5–12.

The facilitator will serve as both an instructor and a collaborator—developing curriculum, mentoring part-time staff, and inspiring curiosity and creativity in every student.

Learning Facilitator

Status: Full Time, Non-Exempt
