OUR LEGACY

TGR Learning Labs were created from the vision of Tiger Woods and are operated by TGR Foundation in pursuit of our vision of a world where opportunity is universal and potential is limitless.

MAKING A LASTING IMPACT

Built on Tiger’s belief in the power of education, TGR Foundation is making a positive impact on the lives of students from under-resourced communities. Since 1996, over 200,000 students and educators have benefitted from innovative education programs at inspiring TGR Learning Labs.

TGR Foundation’s mission is to empower students to pursue their passions through education.
We are committed to providing opportunities and experiences that generate positive impact in the lives of students from under-resourced communities.

TIGER'S VISION

Tiger inspired a generation on and off the golf course and continues to inspire the next generation through TGR Foundation. From a young age, Tiger’s parents instilled two important principles to live by, the importance of “sharing and caring” and the power of education.

Tiger’s vision is to provide access to education and safe spaces to young people and communities that need them. Our programs are designed to empower students on their journey from the classroom to career, driving the path to a brighter future.
What we do

TGR LEARNING LABS

Inspired by Tiger’s vision to give back to his community and provide a “safe place for kids to learn, grow and chase after their dreams,” TGR Learning Labs were created. Since 2006, innovative programs at these dynamic Learning Labs provide opportunities for students to gain the knowledge, tools and confidence needed to unleash their potential.

EDUCATOR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

From Tiger’s belief that education is the key to unleashing potential, TGR Foundation has developed a robust set of educator professional learning programs. Through training and workshops at our local Learning Labs and nationwide, we help educators support their students experience STEAM-powered learning, preparing them for success in the classroom and beyond.

EARL WOODS SCHOLAR PROGRAM

Following the generous donations that celebrated Earl Woods life and his work to impact the lives of young people, Tiger launched the Earl Woods Scholar Program to honor the life and legacy of his father. This award-winning program serves primarily first generation college students, providing them with comprehensive support to and through college in pursuit of their dreams.

OUR LOCATIONS

The TGR Learning Lab Philadelphia located on the Cobbs Creek Campus is providing access to education and golf along with opportunities for local students to prepare for their futures.

Since 2006, the flagship TGR Learning Lab Anaheim has served the local community, providing students with fun and exciting hands-on STEAM-powered learning experiences in a safe and inspiring environment.
In 2026, the TGR Learning Lab Los Angeles will open at Lulu’s Place, providing students, families and the community access to educational enrichment, career and college readiness and well-being programs.
In 2025, The TGR Learning Lab Philadelphia opened on the Cobbs Creek Campus, expanding access to STEAM education while providing opportunities for local youth to prepare for their future.

AUGUSTA

In 2028 the TGR Learning Lab Augusta will open, serving the community through free STEAM educational enrichment, career readiness and youth golf programs that empower students to unleash their potential.
