Why the TGR Learning Lab needs your support 
Located on the historic Cobbs Creek Golf and Education Campus, the Learning Lab serves a community where nearly 90% of students qualify for free lunch and face systemic barriers to success. Through hands-on learning, mentorship and exposure to real-world careers, the TGR Learning Lab is rewriting the narrative for Philadelphia youth. Support of our programs from donors and partners fuels programs that spark curiosity, build confidence and prepare students for a brighter future.

Maximize Your Impact Through EITC. 
If you live or do business in Pennsylvania, the Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program offers an extraordinary opportunity. Donations can qualify for a 90% state tax credit when made through an approved Special Purpose Entity (SPE). That means a $10,000 gift could cost as little as $1,000 after credits and deductions. It’s a way to redirect tax dollars to create real change while supporting innovative education programs like those at TGR Learning Lab Philadelphia.  

 To get started, join a Special Purpose Entity and designate Cobbs Creek Foundation as your beneficiary. Details are available through Pennsylvania’s Department of Community and Economic Development or local EITC facilitators. Proceeds will fund vital programs, resources, and opportunities for local youth.  

Participate in workplace giving. 

Many organizations and companies offer workplace giving and often match employee contributions. Contact your employer to assess availability and get started.
